Returns Policy of Style Resale

At Style Resale, we want you to love your preloved finds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to notify us if you wish to cancel.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us.
2. How to Start a Return
We’ve made returns easy with our automated online Returns Portal.
To start a return:

Visit our Returns Portal in the Returns Portal

Enter your order details and follow the on-screen instructions.

Print your return label (where applicable).

Package your item securely and post it back to us.

3. Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Items must be unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, and with original tags or labels (if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are:

Worn or washed
-
Damaged after delivery
-
Missing tags or packaging

4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
-
Gift cards
-
Personalised or customised items
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of your refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Refunds will include the cost of standard delivery (if your entire order is returned), but not any additional delivery upgrades.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
6. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described:

Please start your return via our Returns Portal or email us at info@styleresale.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange either:

A replacement (if available)
-
A repair (if possible)
-
A full or partial refund
-
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
7. Exchanges
Because we sell one-of-a-kind preloved items, we cannot guarantee exact exchanges. However, if you’d like to exchange for a different item, let us know via the Returns Portal or by email, and we’ll try to help where possible.
